You’ll onboard your beta students, run your course from beginning to end, and then wrap everything up smoothly and professionally.

👣 Steps

  1. Onboard your beta students by sending your welcome email and holding your orientation meetup.
  2. Run your beta course week-by-week:
    1. Publish and announce any new content
    2. Run weekly member meetups (you can use one of the suggested meeting agendas)
    3. Provide feedback and support to students via the meetups and your community
    4. Track student progress via your course platform or the suggested tracker template
    5. Collect feedback using the suggested feedback form
  3. Wrap up your beta course smoothly and professionally:
    1. Notify students when they are halfway through the programme so that they can adjust their pace if necessary
    2. Near the end of the programme, remind students of the date of the final meetup so it doesn’t creep up on them
    3. Carefully plan the final meetup and be sure to clearly communicate what happens afterwards
    4. Gather student testimonials using the email templates provided
