You’ll decide the practical details of your beta platform, get everything set up in preparation for launch, and create the materials for your onboarding toolkit.

đź‘Ł Steps

  1. Guided by the platform “recipes” resource, decide which of the two paths to take for your beta, i.e., using an established course platform such as Podia, or creating a DIY course platform using familiar tools.
  2. Set up your chosen beta platform:
    1. Upload your first week or two of content so that students can access it
    2. Set up your coaching and community infrastructure, e.g., Zoom calls, private community topics, etc.
    3. Decide how you’ll send updates to your students, e.g., your regular email account, email marketing software, etc.
    4. Set up mechanisms for collecting feedback, e.g., Google Forms
  3. Create your onboarding toolkit:
    1. Write your welcome email
    2. Create your programme instructions
    3. Schedule your orientation meetup
