📋 Instructions

You’ll make key decisions about how your beta course will run and then move prospects along your mini-pipeline from “interested” to “enrolled”.

👣 Steps

1. Decide the structure, timing and pricing of your beta course, and capture the details in a “key facts” document using the template provided.
2. Use the Confirmation, Qualification, Invitation, Decision stages to move people along your mini-pipeline until they either enrol or drop out.
3. Process student payments and follow up within a few days with a post-enrolment email explaining next steps using the template provided.
